    At ETA, we value complains and feedbacks extremely highly. This policy was designed with the purpose of making sure your complaints and feedbacks are heard. Additionally, It is also designed to meet the National Standards for Disability Services.

    ETA firmly believes positive behavior support and eliminating restrictive practices.
    Hence, In order to meet and comply with the requirements of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Quality and Safeguard Framework, is the purpose of this policy.
